Sarah Ewoenam Adzatia is a passionate and resourceful professional with a unique blend of experience in volunteer coordination, nonprofit leadership, and healthcare. For seven years, Sarah served as a volunteer coordinator for a reputable NGO, skillfully managing teams, implementing impactful programs, and fostering community partnerships to drive social change. Her commitment to service and exceptional leadership paved the way for her to co-found EFIAA, where she now serves as Country Director. EFIAA is an organization dedicated tofocusing on empowering women, girls, children, youth, to build sustainable livelihoods, through health advocacy, community development, Education and social infrastructure initiatives.
In 2016, Sarah earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing from Accra Technical University. Following this, she completed a one-year National Service internship at the Parliament of Ghana, serving as a receptionist to the then Speaker of Parliament from 2016 to 2017. From 2018 to 2019, Sarah worked as an insurance agent at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, where she specialized in selling insurance policies to individuals and corporate clients. Currently, Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science from Baldwin University College.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Sarah is a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist at 37 Military Hospital, contributing to patient care through precise diagnostic testing and laboratory management. Her dual roles reflect a deep-seated dedication to improving lives both within the healthcare sector and the broader community. Driven by compassion and professionalism, Sarah continues to inspire action, empower others, and bridge gaps in health and social development.
