Eunice Dake is an experienced development professional with a solid foundation in Integrated Development Studies and NGO Management. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Evangelical Presbyterian University College, where she developed expertise in program management, research, and community engagement. Eunice has made impactful contributions to renowned organizations such as Pro-Link Ghana and the Parliamentary Service of Ghana, where she oversaw programs, conducted research, and provided administrative support.
Her career reflects a deep dedication to human rights, gender equality, and community development. Eunice has engaged in legal research, advocated against human rights violations, and played a key role in combating Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in Tanzania and Germany through Erasmus Plus Programme partnerships. As Project Lead at OSDA, she led initiatives aimed at community empowerment.
Her academic research includes a comprehensive study on gender-based discrimination and the feminization of poverty in Ghana’s Volta Region. Known for her strong communication, public speaking, and networking abilities, Eunice excels at fostering trust and collaboration.
In her current role as Director of Operations and Communications at EFIAA NGO in Ghana, Eunice leverages her extensive expertise to advance strategic growth, develop impactful programs, and champion the empowerment of marginalized communities.
